3.5" olivewood dipping dishes are simple, charming, and practical.

Use them for individual servings of olive oil and condiments for guests with style, or arrange as pinch plates for salt around the table; you can even use them for stylish mise en place in the kitchen when you're preparing a meal.

Shallow, individual size dipping dishes are milled from a single piece of olivewood, sustainably sourced from the famous olive area of Sfax in Tunisia. 

As with all natural products, you will appreciate that individual pieces exhibit minute variations in size and shape, and sometimes show vivid differences in markings.

How to care for your olivewood

Keep your olivewood in good condition. Please hand wash (do not soak) and hand dry.  For maintenance, treat wood with mineral oil or wood butter. This will enhance the grain, seal the wood from moisture, and prevent cracking. We do not recommend using cooking oil for treatment because it will become rancid.
