We'd like you to be delighted

We'd like for you and your gift recipients to be delighted with your purchase, however, if things aren't right we'll make it so with a replacement, store credit, or a refund. All we need is a receipt or other proof of purchase. To start the process, contact me at Liz@AmericanOliveFarmer.com. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if we've shipped the wrong item, an item is missing, or if what you received is defective or damaged, contact us immediately--or at least within 14 days if you are able. The sooner we know, the sooner we can make things right. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we hear from you and work with you on the solution a replacement item will be dispatched, or if you prefer you’ll be refunded via your original method of payment or issued store credit. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
