Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
We use ShipBob Express for olive oil and balsamic vinegar orders fulfilled from Ontario, California. ShipBob selects the carrier and route based on destination, carrier capacity, and expected delivery performance. Depending on the order and destination, your package may travel by UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or another regional carrier.
Orders placed before noon Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, generally ship the same business day, excluding holidays. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after carrier pickup.
During high-volume periods, “Express” service may take up to 5 business days.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
Olive Tree Gifts
All olive trees ship year-round and separately from other items in your order. They depart directly from a specialty olive tree nursery in California’s Central Valley and ship by UPS Ground.
We use UPS Ground for olive tree shipments to support safe arrival. If you require expedited service, please call Liz at 530-727-2004 so we can see what is possible based on the nursery’s schedule.

Olivewood, Glassware, and Tasting Supplies
Olivewood, glassware, paper goods, and tasting supplies ship from our Corning, California fulfillment area by UPS Ground.
Fresh Olives
Fresh olives ship separately from other items in your order and depart directly from our seasonal sort-and-pack area in Corning, California.
The fresh olive season is brief. Green olives are generally available from early September through mid-October, and ripe olives may be available from November through January, weather and crop quality permitting.
We use UPS Ground for fresh olive shipments. Fresh olives ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Ordering Fresh Raw Olives
