I have made a commitment to be available to you daily through December. Please write to me at Liz@AmericanOliveFarmer.com or call me at 530-727-2004 with any questions you might have, including order status and replacements for lost or damaged merchandise. Due to increased holiday activity I will do my best to respond within 72 hours. I'm the only one here, so thanks in advance for your patience.
Shipments from our Fulfillment Center
Orders placed before 2 pm Monday through Friday are picked, packed, and handed off to the shipping companies the same day. Here are the exceptions.
11/28/24 Closed for Thanksgiving
Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 11/27 will ship on or before 12/02
12/25/24 Closed for Christmas
Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 12/24 will ship on or before 12/30
01/01/25 Closed for New Year's Day
Orders Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 12/31 will ship on or before 01/06
Olive Trees from the Nursery
The nursery staff watches for freeze warnings and does their best to not release an order if it seems that the parcel will be traveling through or to a hard freeze zone. You can help us by ordering early and giving us some flexibility if your olive tree gift is time sensitive.
For Chanukah to arrive before the 8th Night (Jan 2nd)
Please order before 10 am, pacific time by:

12/23 Destinations west of the Rockies
For Christmas to arrive before Friday 12/24
Please order before 10 am, pacific time by:
12/12 Destinations east of the Rockies
12/18 Destinations west of the Rockies
The nursery will be shipping through 12/23/23, and notes the following as designated shipping days during the holiday period. Please order before 10 am PST if you need your tree or trees to be dispatched same day: 12/30/24, 01/03/25, 01/06/25
The nursery is closed 12/24 - 12/29 and again 12/31 - 01/02. Regular M-F hours resume Monday, January 6th.
