Due to increased holiday activity I will do my best to respond within 48 hours. I'm the only one here, so thanks in advance for your patience.

Shipments from our Fulfillment Center

All olive oils, vinegars, and olivewood ship from a 3rd party fulfillment partner who has established 12/19 at noon as the cut off for items you'd like to arrive before Christmas.

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday through Friday are picked, packed, and handed off to the shipping companies the same day. Here are the exceptions.

11/27/25 Closed for Thanksgiving
Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 11/26 will ship on or before 11/28
(Except for Preorders) 

12/25/25 Closed for Christmas
Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 12/24 will ship on or before 12/29

01/01/26 Closed for New Year's Day
Orders Orders placed after 2 pm PST on 12/31 will ship on or before 01/05
