Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the box, packaging, and damaged items.
- Email the images to Liz@AmericanOliveFarmer.com or text them to 530-727-2004 with your order number.
- Submit claims within 30 days of delivery to ensure swift resolution.
We’ll send a replacement at no charge once your claim is verified.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, please contact us. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, if a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but goes missing, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. For high-value orders, consider requesting “signature required” at checkout.
