The classic handheld hardwood citrus or lemon reamer has stepped up with this chunky olivewood version. Carved from a single piece of wood in a slightly heftier silhouette than the classic French version in order to expand beyond small lemons and limes to take on larger fruits, too.
It's as easy to use as you imagine; simply slice the fruit along the "equator" and insert the business end into the flesh while holding it over a bowl or cup. Twist the device while applying pressure to extract the juice along with some pulp and seeds. It's quite therapeutic. Strain your juice as needed before use.

How to care for your olivewood
Keep your olive wood in good condition. Please hand wash (do not soak) and hand dry. For maintenance, treat wood with mineral oil or wood butter. This will enhance the grain, seal the wood from moisture, and prevent cracking. We do not recommend using cooking oil for treatment because it will become rancid.
