Bright lemon flavor dominates this oil, made with late harvest California olives. This oil is well loved with both sweet and savory fare. Some favorite uses include on fish, with green veggies, or in lemon bars and other baked goods. Pair lemon olive oil with honey and enjoy on toast or in your oatmeal. I've noticed quite a few customers purchase Rosato Balsamic Vinegar the same time they purchase lemon for a light and lemony vinaigrette.
About this Variety
Fresh California Lisbon and Meyer lemons are crushed with late season California olives to produce this end of season limited edition agrumato-style olive oil. “Agrumi” means citrus in Italian, and to make something “agrumato” is to make it citrusy. The results are delizioso.
