Bright lemon flavor dominates this oil, made with late harvest California olives. This oil is well loved with both sweet and savory fare. Some favorite uses include on fish, with green veggies, or in lemon bars and other baked goods. Pair lemon olive oil with honey and enjoy on toast or in your oatmeal. I've noticed quite a few customers purchase Rosato Balsamic Vinegar the same time they purchase lemon for a light and lemony vinaigrette.

About this Variety

Fresh California Lisbon and Meyer lemons are crushed with late season California olives to produce this end of season limited edition agrumato-style olive oil. “Agrumi” means citrus in Italian, and to make something “agrumato” is to make it citrusy. The results are delizioso.

Meyer lemon olive oil

I love, love, love this olive oil and was so happy to have it again….I love it tossed with vegetables and then roasting them.

Lemon Oil

I was so happy to see Lucero back! I ordered a bottle of lemon oil, but since I had just recently moved, got the shipping address wrong. I notified the company but it had already shipped. Liz worked with me to try getting the address changed but to no avail. She just up and sent me a new bottle! BTW, the lemon oil is fantastic! Love this company! And their products!

Love all your oils and Balsamic When I am watching cooking shows, they often say use "good" olive oil. I finally know what "good" is.

So glad to have the Lemon Olive Oil back!!!!

I was thrilled when I found out that you were back and delicious as ever. When I was working for Sur La Table I used to encourage our customers to pair the Lemon Olive Oil and Lemon Balsamic for the perfect and quick salad dressing for every salad. Now all I need is for the Lemon Balsamic to re-emerge. In the meantime I am pairing the Lemon Olive Oil with the Cherry Balsamic. Sooooo delicious!!! Doralece
