Lucero Co-Milled Lemon Olive Oil, 250 ml
Fresh California lemons and olives are crushed and milled together to create a vivid lemon olive oil made from real fruit—never infused with added aromas or flavorings.
Flavor & Enjoyment
Bright lemon flavor dominates this oil made with late harvest California olives. It's well loved with both sweet and savory fare. Some of our patron's favorite uses include a simple over over fish, with green veggies, or as an ingredient in lemon bars and other baked goods.
I like to pair lemon olive oil with honey enjoy it on toast or in oatmeal, and it is terrific stirred into ice cream, yogurt, or cottage cheese with or without fresh fruit. Quite a few customers purchase Rosato Balsamic Vinegar the same time they purchase lemon for a light and lemony vinaigrette.
Real Lemons, Co-Milled with Olives
Fresh California Lisbon and Meyer lemons are crushed and milled together with late-season California olives. The oil is extracted solely by mechanical means.
Its bright lemon flavor comes directly from the fruit itself—not from added aromas, flavor extracts, oleoresins, or other flavorings. The finished oil contains only two ingredients: fresh raw olives and fresh lemons crushed and milled together.
