What Are Undersized Sevillano Olives?

We sort this fruit from regular production to offer flash sales of Sevillano for a lower price per lb. if the average size falls below 21 mm per the USDA grading standard.

Quantity is limited to stock on hand and may adjust up or down based on the daily olive sort. We also offer mixed boxes of "full size" Sevillano Olives during the regular season, which is now sold out for 2025. Regular production contains colossal, jumbo, and giant sizes with some super colossal, if available.

2025 Sevillano Sizing Information

These boxes are sold at a reduced price because they contain olives we've sorted out of regular packs due to their relatively smaller size. Expect "Mammoth", "Large", and some "Giant" per our sizing photo.  All boxes contain a combination of sizes. All references to millimeters are averages.

Sevillano Olive Information

Sevillano is a variety originating in Seville, Spain where they are known as Gordal, (the Fat One). These olives are are commonly marketed in the US as Queen olives or colossal olives, referring to their large size. They have a firm flesh and large pit with very little oil, making them ideal for curing but not efficient for making olive oil.

Not suitable for making olive oil.

How we ship

All orders are hand packed to order and shipped via UPS Ground from the American Olive Farmer "Fresh Olive Rally Point" in Corning. Shipping charges are based on a 10 lb box plus packaging.
