A living tree is a thoughtful gift for someone you care about, automatically conveying the sentiments of peace, reconciliation, and goodwill. Olive trees make a handsome addition to your home and table décor for everyday or a special event.

These live olive trees are propagated in Northern California of the most popular varieties, and we can offer a discounted price because they've not been re-potted nor placed in a decorative cachepot as with our wooden or ceramic cachepot options. Instead, each tree in this group is carefully selected from standard nursery stock, watered, secured in a plastic bag, and placed in a sophisticated natural linen burlap bag before being boxed for shipping.

We are happy to include a personalized gift tag, if desired, or a simple quote from Thomas Jefferson: "The olive tree is surely the richest gift of heaven". This quote, among my favorite from TJ, appears in a letter from Thomas Jefferson to George Wythe in 1787. The tag also include at link to tree care upon arrival, tree care after planting, and even some notes about choosing to keep your tree small via basic bonsai principles. We'll also identify the variety of olive tree selected and indicate it on both the pot as well as the gift card.

These young olive trees range in height between 12" and 16" depending on the variety and time of year, some may even be 18" high. Order Process

Quantities are limited to what we can produce weekly. Orders ship directly from the nursery. Keep in mind that UPS no longer guarantees arrival dates.

If you are purchasing other items today, please note that live trees are shipped separately from all other products. You pay one shipping charge only, but will receive two different tracking numbers because of the different points of origin.
