This year's Olio Novello is anchored by a pungent low-yield Sevillano with a late harvest Ascolano for its fruity aroma. These two olive varieties give us big flavor with lower bitterness.

The Melanzana Fig Vinegar is the same Fig Balsamic Vinegar we've offered since 2022, a significant upgrade from the "Mission" Fig version from Lucero's the old days. Today's Fig Vinegar is made from real figs, shipped fresh from Southern Italy to Modena where it is macerated just the right amount of time to imbue optimal aroma and flavor.
