Inventory Update December 2024

We are indeed out of stock in many of your favorites. Here are some updates to understand what to expect.

Olive Oil

2023 Ascolano is in good stock position and will be sold through at least Q1 before new harvest is brought on hand

2023 Arbequina 750 ml is temporarily out of stock and is being bottled for receipt in early January. Timing for transitioning into 2024 harvest TBD.

2024 Olio Novello is in the bottle and is being received into inventory at the 3PL 12/12/24

2024 Picual is being assessed in December, and if accepted will be bottled in 500 ml, same as the Ascolano size.

2024 Coratina is uncertain, however, if accepted we will also bottle in the 500 ml size.

2024 Flavored Olive Oils are being milled now. Lemon will be back in stock in January, followed by Roasted Garlic and finally Genovese Basil. 375 ml glass with our special closure type is no longer being produced, so flavored oil will be bottled in 250 ml glass going forward.

Vinegar

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar 750 ml is bottled and will be back on hand before end December

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar 375 ml will transition to 250 ml Spring 2025.

Bianco and Rosato (white and rosé) balsamic vinegars are here and being bottled in the last of the pre-printed 375 ml glass we own. Will be back in stock in early January. Once this lot sells out these two items will transition into the 250 ml size going forward.

Fig Balsamic Vinegar 500 ml is bottled and will be back on hand the same time as the Traditional 750 ml.

Amarena Cherry and Italian Raspberry 375 ml are still in stock and will transition to 250 ml sizes going forward.

How to be notified

If an item of interest is out of stock the website provides a way for you to notify you as soon as inventory returns. 

When and item is unavailable the "Add to Cart" button is replaced by a button that says, "Please notify me when back in stock". Click that button and you'll be able to add your email address.

You're not obligated to purchase, just kept informed via an automated email when the item is back.

Pre-Orders

If we have confidence that an item will be back in stock within 30 days we'll enable the pre-order function. In the instance you can pre-pay to hold stock in your name if you'd like, but you can alternatively use the "Please notify me" button instead if you'd rather not pay in advance.
