All of our vinegars come from the same small producer in Modena, including a few that he flavors for the export market.
Italian raspberries grow wild in alpine foothills and are also a widely cultivated in highland areas north of Modena. It is a favorite frutti di bosco ( forest fruit) in culinary circles given its winning combination of both sweet and tart sensations. This character makes it especially compelling when added to our high quality dark, rich balsamic vinegar base.

Cooked grape must (Lambrusco, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano varieties), barrel aged red wine vinegar, raspberries, natural flavor. Sulfites are naturally occurring.
