About this Product


This is a lovely vinegar with a fragrance and flavor that are truly astonishing and delightful. All of our vinegars come from the same small producer in Modena, including a few that he flavors for the export market.

Italian raspberries grow wild in alpine foothills and are also a widely cultivated in highland areas north of Modena. It is a favorite frutti di bosco (forest fruit) in culinary circles given its winning combination of both sweet and tart sensations. This character makes it especially compelling when added to our high quality dark, rich balsamic vinegar base.

Captivating sweet rose-like aroma of mountain raspberries with a sweet-tartness melds well with the dark fruit and caramel flavors of this balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

Cooked grape must (Lambrusco, Sangiovese, and Trebbiano varieties), barrel aged red wine vinegar, raspberries, natural flavor. Sulfites are naturally occurring.

Best Balsamic Ever

This Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar is beyond delicious. Wonderful flavor and great on salads, vegetables & for dipping bread. SO happy to have these awesome products available again & customer service is the BEST!

Love it!

I love to make Bruschetta and I only use Lucero balsamic vinegars. That's what makes it soooooo good! This "raspberry" one is a nice new change and very flavorful and yummy! I think the "fig" is still my very favorite but this one is a very delicious and rich nice change!
