I love knowing I am getting unadulterated olive oil. I’ve bought grocery store oil that tasted like olive oil but wasn’t. It should be illegal to do this but $$$ often outweighs a desire to bring a good product to the public but not with this olive oil. I hope to support small farmers as much as possible and this is one way I can

I recently used it in a salad dressing and in a chicken piccata dish. Also just dipped some French bread in the an oil bowl mixed with a few herbs. Great taste!
