Unfortunately Liz, I am going to have to say that I will probably not be in the good fortune of ordering from you again. I do have a video that my son-in-law took when he was opening the box and saw the mess he was left with on his kitchen counter when he opened the box of honey I had purchased from you. I do not believe that the altitude is the problem as we had once thought. Quite honestly, I am totally surprised that this problem was not corrected.

I'm sorry I'm only learning of the damage 18 days after receipt! I had so hoped that the package arrived okay as I know how much you love this honey. I do doubt that altitude is the issue as these jars travel across the country and arrive in good condition, so it more likely that ordering 6 at a time is too much for the standard weight cardboard that the distribution center uses. If you'd like to try again in future, perhaps we can organize smaller orders or find some other solution together. In the meantime, please send photos or the video you mentioned and let me know what you need replaced, and I'll take care of it. Please send the information soon as I don't believe I'm able to file a claim to be reimbursed after 30 days.
