Country Dijon Mustard
We contracted a mustard producer to formulate several recipes for our house brand of Mustard, "Little Thief"Â in 2010, and while fickle flavor fashions come and go, there is no denying that a grainy mustard remains a cornerstone for building sandwiches, preparing marinades for meat, and introducing little beads of flavor bombs to a dressing.
Country Dijon Mustard is the little black dress of mustard; impossible to not wear it well.
Ingredients: Distilled Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Sea Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Spices, Garlic.
